William Cuff, Ph.D.

Bill Cuff has been involved in the training and education field for the past 25 years. His early work included developing alternative teaching programs for youth at risk in an alternative school that became a model upon which other schools were based. He has since worked with a variety of educational programs and human service agencies.

Over the past 15 years Bill has worked principally with business groups to enhance their team and leadership development. His clients range from large companies such as Kodak, Hewlett Packard, Aetna and PricewaterhouseCoopers to mid-sized companies like Saatchi and Saatchi and Enterasys through to smaller companies such as AMR Research, CCBN and Athena Health. He has also worked for Institutes such as Saint Gobain's Management Development Institute and the University of Michigan's Executive Education seminars.

Bill also was a founding member and currently serves on the board of Danny's Team, a grass roots, all volunteer organisation which undertakes service projects aimed at helping people with physical disabilities or the disadvantaged. Bill is often asked to do presentations on his research into the characteristics of courageous people, which formed part of his doctorial dissertation.
