It is the responsibility of a team of leaders to manage and or resolve conflict within and outside of it. It is a part of teamship. Conflict is the natural state resulting from a group of people who have differing views, yet if they are striving for the same purpose, it provides a window of opportunity for diversity, richness and creativity to flourish.
