Paul Radcliffe, B.Sc. M.Ed.

Paul has a B.Sc. in Business and a M.Ed. in Psychology and Organisational Development. He brings over 25 years of professional international experience in designing and implementing change processes and training programs for public and private sector clients. These include CEO consultation, systems design and team development.

Paul is one of the co-authors of Islands of Healing, a book about the use of experiential learning methodologies for learning groups.

Paul is Director of Management Development and Special Programs for Project Adventure Inc (USA). Project Adventure and The Challenge of Excellence have been working collaboratively for many years in Britain, Europe and the USA.
