Keith Antoine With a background in Track & Field athletics Keith Antoine retired from competition in 1986 to focus on coaching others. He has held various National Event positions including successfully coaching international and Olympic Games competitors.In the mid 1990's Keith switched his focus from sport to the corporate sector where he has helped people and organisations improve their performance through coaching and experiential learning. He uses various models, metaphors and structures to ensure that learning is both integrated and subsequently implemented. He also works with clients to facilitate the learning of these coaching models and techniques to coach others within their own organisation.
