John Remynse

John has wide experience in the field of organisational development. He was a senior management development consultant for Telecom Australia where he worked as process consultant to help management teams implement organisational change, especially in the areas of quality management and process improvement.

John also designs and facilitates programs dealing with team building and equal opportunities, and has facilitated and worked with industry/university partnerships programs. He has many years experience in designing experiential learning programs using the outdoors to address companies' specific organisational objectives and improve business performance.

John has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from the University of New England and is MBTI accredited. He is currently studying towards an MSc in Management Development at the University of Bristol.
