Heather Brown, BA Hons. Heather has many years of international experience in the field of management development, particularly in the use of experiential learning workshops to achieve behavioural change and measurable improvements in business performance. She is experienced in needs analysis skills, program design and evaluation.Heather has facilitated workshops to address the issues of team building, leadership and change management for organisations such as Telecom Australia, RAAF and the Australian Tax office as well as the Department for Education and Employment in the UK. She has worked in designing and facilitating personal development modules for fast track managers and MBA students, and the functional and occupational mapping of the youth sector. Her particular interests include helping people to use self awareness to manage change more effectively (she is MBTI and Belbin accredited). Heather has a degree in Modern Languages from Lancaster University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Training Management from South Bank University. She has also completed a Middlesex University MA in Personal and Organisational Development. |
