Bill Ryan, B.Sc. Cert. Ed.

Originally trained as an educator, Bill has a special and natural talent for creating a powerful and meaningful learning environment.

His empathy and intelligence enable him to appreciate and recognise a person's or group's special strengths and at the same time support and challenge them in the learning process. Bill has over twenty five years of experience in consulting, facilitating and counselling individuals, teams and groups in both the corporate, private and public sector from Executive (management teams) to entry level.

His areas of expertise are the development of high performing teams, leadership, coaching, conflict management, communications, interpersonal skills and organisational change. Bill is able to draw upon a vast range of management theories, which become instantly alive when he incorporates them in his use of experiential learning techniques. Bill has also been involved in and led mountaineering expeditions in North America, Africa and the Himalayas.
